What counts as active?
A worker counts once per calendar month when they have an approved shift or recorded work. Later cancellation or archiving does not remove recorded usage.
Billing and customisation
Monthly billing in arrears. Cancellation at month end. Custom development is quoted separately. An enquiry through this page does not place an order or trigger an automatic payment.
